RESERVATION POLICIES:

For retreat registrations that you are unable to attend, a credit can be applied for a future retreat, but refunds are not issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please give us 24 hrs notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointments. The session fee is billed for cancellations less that 24 hours beforehand and for no-shows.

Online:

We work with Doxy.me telemedicine software and Google GSuites for business, all acceptable for confidentiality and HIPAA approved.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

We are not medical physicians and do not claim to offer medical advice. Please check with your medical provider prior to committing to any retreats or therapies.

Credit CARD PROCESSING, FUNDS TRANSFERRED:

Conducted by well-known industry leaders in on-line payment solutions including Venmo and Square.
