Embodied You is a philosophy that takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. We integrate attention to the Mind, Body & Spirit. Just like you can train your skills and craft, or your physical body, you can also train your mind, spirit and attitude to create an excellent Life!   2. Right Relations: Who’s your TRIBE? We need each other for our Health; positive, intentional, intimate relationships!

  3. Mindfulness Meditation/Prayer/Contemplation/Spirituality: What does your Daily Practice look like?

  4. Real Whole Foods and proper hydration: Learn all about organic, open range, whole natural foods your great grandparents would recognize! And how to assure optimal wellness through nutrition and hydration.

  5. Body Movement: Play, Intentional Exercise, HIIT, Walking, and any other types of movement that bring joy and consistency.
